Finding jobs is as easy, but its much complicated too.

There is no quick app to get you one, sadly. You need to do ALL of the following: 

1. Optimise LinkedIn Profile: photo, job titled headline, 2500 summary section, add skills and endorsements.

2. Resume: ATS-friendly, showcase hard and transferable skills in Core Competencies and Achievements section. “Boring” is safe.

3. Optimise job search: recruiters, job sites, in person and online networking. Let former colleagues, friends and family know you are looking for a new role.

4. Job application: use a tailored cover email, especially if career changing or with an extended gap. 

5. Upskill on LinkedIn Learning, Teachable, Coursera, Udemy etc.

6. Prep for interviews: research companies, practice standard and behavioural questions with a friend.
